Burgers would not be complete without hot dogs and our dogs are extra-large with all the fixings. To complete your meal try our hand cut house-made French fries cooked to order and you must try our made to order fresh spun milkshakes using Vanderwende’s farm fresh ice cream.

If you are up for a challenge, finish our Monster Burger, fries and milkshake and not only will we give it to you FREE but we will put your photo up on the Monster Burger wall of fame. This Monster Burger Meal is four 8 oz. pound burgers, cheese, fried onions, pickles and onion rings on a grilled, buttered brioche bun.

The Longhorn Barbecue originated in Houston, Texas, in 1946. After 10 years in business in the “pistol packin’ city” the brothers decided to move to the great Northwest. Since coming to Spokane from Texas, the brothers have captured the hearts of Spokane diners with their excellent “Southern Pit Style” Barbecue. Pardnur, this is REAL Pit Barbecue because the meats are smoked on the pits by a combination of apple, cherry, alder, and birch woods.
